Seviyan recipe/ Sheer Khurma /Vermicelli recipe Seviyan or sawaiyan or vermicelli is a very popular recipe in Indian and Pakistan region. Saviyan has varieties of names and they are prepared in many different ways. Seviyan is a recipe for especial festival called Eid but it is not only limited for that particular occasion. It is a sweet dish prepared with Vermicelli combined with sugar and Ghee or butter but other one is prepared with milk and khuya. It is not necessary to use all ingredients but for simple Seviyan Vermicelli, sugar and butter or Ghee are must and for the one with milk called Sheer Khorma, milk is must. In this recipe I have included plain Simple Seviyan and one with the milk. These both are very popular among people of all ages and background.
