This is Mehfuza and I created this channel on June 14th, 2020. I always have a passion for cooking and have experience of 30 years of cooking for all kinds of food. I thought it is the best time to share with the world your love and care. My expertise in food from Indo-Pakistani, Burmese, American, Italian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Turkish, Persian, and some locals from different provinces of Pakistan. I get comments and requests for recipes all the time. I also share my food with family, friends, and get positive comments.

Ingredients Chana chat with Bhelpuri style what a delicious Chat memory of Childhood.


1 Chana white Kabuli 2,1/2 cups(soaked in water for one hour add ½ teaspoon baking powder) 2 One medium-sized chopped onion 3 Ghee one teaspoon 4 Cooking oil 3 teaspoons 5 Salt one teaspoon. 6 Black salt ½ teaspoon 7 Red chili powder 2 teaspoons 8 Red crushed pepper 2 teaspoons 9 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 10 1 teaspoon crushed ginger 11 Coriander seed powder 2 teaspoons 12 Turmeric powder one teaspoon 13 Cumin seeds powder 2 teaspoons 14 Tomato 1 medium-size peeled and blended. 15 Black seeds pinch of (kalonji) 16 Sweet and spicy chutney two tablespoons. 17 Tamarind pulp two tablespoons. 18 Nacho one small cup to give crispiness. 19 Yogurt 2 teaspoons 20 Dhania/ Parsley half cup. 21 Ginger finely chopped two teaspoons 22 Lemon juice 2 tablespoons 23 Apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons 24 Water one cup Method In a cooking pan pour cooking oil add cumin seeds, black seeds, ginger, and garlic stir for one minute, then put onion, salt, black salt, red chili powder, crushed chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, tomato puree cook for three minutes In a serving dish pour all cook Chana chat, garnish with ginger, green and color peppers, mango, chutney, tamarind pulp, yogurt, coriander, Nacho to make crispy, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. The Delicious Chana chart is ready to serve.
